Maker Mela 2018

Maker Mela is an all-ages showcase of invention, creativity and resourcefulness; organized by Somaiya Vidyavihar and RiiDL. It is a celebration of people who make things, and a place where people can meet likeminded A-Class innovators. It is a non-commercial event and is free for the public to attend. The grounds will be filled with booths on which invited makers can show off their projects, there will be speaker sessions and workshops throughout the day for attendees to make things of their own.

Makers ranging from artisans to ‘jugaadu’ auto-mechanics, from scientists to robotics experts to farmers—of all ages and backgrounds who are excited to share their inventions and collaborate with others will be present there.
