Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMED K) conducts a state-level examination called COMEDK UGET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) to offer admissions to interested candidates in engineering and medical degree courses offered by colleges/institutes that are affiliated to COMEDK.

COMEDK will release the official brochure with the schedule for UGET in January 2019. As yet, only the exam date for COMEDK UGET 2019 is released at comedk.org. This year, the exam is scheduled for May 12 in online (computer-based) mode.

Online registration for UGET/ Uni-GAUGE will begin in January 2019

COMEDK UGET Eligibility Criteria 2019(for B.Tech)


  • Those who are appearing/have qualified 10+2 exam with minimum 45% aggregate in PCM and English. (40% for reserved category candidates of Karnataka)
  • Should have passed each subject individually.

    For B. Arch aspirants
  • Those who are appearing/have qualified 10+2 exam with PCM or have a 10+3 Diploma recognized by Central / State Governments securing a minimum 50% aggregate marks. (45% for reserved category candidates of Karnataka)
  • Should have passed each subject individually.
  • Diploma candidates are not eligible for COMEDK since no lateral entry is allowed in the course.
  • The Admit Card for COMEDK UGET 2019 also known as Online Test Admission Ticket (TAT).
  • Before downloading COMEDK UGET 2019 admit card, candidates had to ensure to check all the details mentioned in the admit card and read the instructions printed in it carefully.
  • Candidates should have ensured to take COMEDK admit card 2019 along with them on the examination day. Candidates without the admit card were not be allowed to appear in the examination under any circumstances.
  • Candidates also have to produce the admit card at the time of counselling and retain it until the completion of the admission process.
